Dannii Minogue's Hits Cracks UK Top 20

Well, Dannii Minogue fared better on the UK album chart this week (#17) than her single "So Under Pressure" did last week (#20). My copy of The Hits & Beyond arrived from Amazon UK on Thursday, and I must admit I'm addicted to it! Last night I went to the party for my friend Mediawhore's 25th b-day and blasted Dannii's "Love Fight" on the drive home... perfect pop for driving through the city at night! Anyway, the rest of the UK Top 10 singles remain a bit boring.

The UK Top 10:

1. "Maneater" - Nelly Furtado *3 weeks*
2. "Hips Don't Lie" - Shakira feat. Wyclef Jean
3. "I Wish I Was A Punk Rocker" - Sandi Thom
4. "Supermassive Black Hole" - Muse *new*
5. "Monster" - Automatic
6. "Mas Que Nada" - Sergio Mendes feat. Black Eyed Peas
7. "From Paris To Berlin" - Infernal
8. "Rooftops (A Liberation Broadcast)" - Lostprophets
9. "Valerie" - The Zutons *new*
10. "Who Knew" - Pink

Dannii's single has plummeted like a rock this week in the singles chart it entered last week at number 20 and has tumbled to 61 this week - I expect the album to do the same!

25? 25!? It's a heinous lie. Lie I tell you. Ok maybe not. A lie would be saying I was going to use the iTunes gift card (thank btw!) to buy danni Ms greatest hits. Both of them.

London closed shop shortly after splitting with Dannii, therefore thank Godness she left them first.

Why am in trouble? Explain explain!

As for Dannii+London..bascially I understood it as...

London were being bought up and reorganised by another record company. The time it would take would be a 8 months or so. They said to danni, who had already recorded nearly 1 album by then, go and release your album with us but you'll have to wait a while OR your free to go somewhere else if u'd like it out sooner. What happened in the end was that London Records reformed and Dannii has STILL to release her 5th studio album. Which is why she should just stayed with with London despite the changes in the company.

well, dannii, your single may have slid down the charts like a stripper going down your thighs for a taste of your 'little sister' - but be glad - your chart position on "Women Who Dress Like Whores" is still holding strong at #38!
