Why The Hell Wasn't There A Third Goddamn Shayne Ward Single Off Breathless?

This pic really illustrates all of Shayne Ward's talents...

If you're any normal, red-blooded Joe, once in awhile you just stop and ponder life's mysteries -- like why God invented Sudoku, or what the hell happened with the third single off Shayne Ward's Breathless album.

Late last year it was two U.K. Top 10 hits -- double A-side "No U Hang Up/If That's OK With You" and "Breathless" -- then nothing. For awhile there the single-worthy "U Got Me So" was on the schedule for a release, but then it got held back and has apparently been scrapped.

What...is Simon Cowell too busy with the five zillion shows he juggles worldwide to bother with further promotion of Shayne's truly fantastic album? Was Louis Walsh too busy getting his A stuffed by some back-alley tough in a limo?

Oh well. At least we'll always have --

Squeeze it, hooker!

I can't tell you how many times I've asked this same question!

yeah what the fuck was up with that. They should have released Damaged as the third single, followed by Stand By Your Side, Tears Never Dry and then a new track with Melt The Snow at Christmas. Idiots!

I thought I saw something recently that Damaged IS going to be the new single. Damned if I know where I saw it, though. Personally, I'd love to see Tangled Up, even though it's such a George Michael rip-off. Definitely a guilty pleasure.

"U Got Me So" was going to be the third single. It was going to receive a full released in March 2008, but in the end, it only received a digital-only release.

PS: Damaged is indeed the next single.

"U Got Me So" was released in Ireland only as a digital release -very half-hearted no video, promotion or anything. I suppose Simon Cowell/SonyBMG did not want Shayne to get in the way of Leona Lewis's countless promotional opportunities in the UK. He's definitely been pushed into the background. "Tell Him" should have been a single!

Apparently, Leona Lewis is more important. =(
