Hilary Duff's New Video For "Reach Out" Takes Things A Little Too Lightly

The Best Of Hilary Duff is out on Tuesday, which is interesting since there's only been one album between this and her last hits compilation. Sounds like Hollywood Records is looking to drop her after the hastily slapped-together release.

Meanwhile, there are only 12 tracks...why bother?

Below is the video for Hilary's new single "Reach Out." Whoever was in charge of lighting her and setting up the awkward camera angles should be forced to watch the video on repeat for six weeks.

Oh, and Jamelia called; she wants her "Personal Jesus" sample back.

That track is part Rihanna "SOS", part Britney sing-talking lyrics, and all trashy.

I kinda like it a little bit.

What a load of stinking, old shit!

Hell, I'd prefer to see Haylie act that listen to Hilary!

Isn't this like Hilary's second greatest hits? From 2 studio albums? I can't keep up with her mediocre output, though the one with Playing With Fire on at least showed a little spunk. So to speak.

Why didn't she just cover Beware Of The Dog? Obviously it's the song out of these two that utilizes the sample in a superior fashion.

Voice as thin as rice paper, god bless her.

I like the track, actually. Pop trash, with a characteristically indifferent vocal from Ms. Duff. Won't set the charts on fire here at all, though.

She is so beautiful and talented, let us hope that she doesn't do a "Britney", she can a have a brilliant career if she behaves normal.
