Britney Spears' 'Circus' Beats Sales Expectations

Above is the single cover for Britney Spears' "Circus."

The album of the same name had been projected to sell around 450,000 copies in its first week. However, B.S. is probably stuffing corn chips up her frappuccino ditch over the fact that Circus sold just over 504,000 to debut at #1 on the Billboard Top 200 Albums chart this week.

Meanwhile, PETA has come out shrieking over Brit's use of elephants in the video for "Circus." They released a statment saying the following:
"Britney may think her life is a circus, but for the animals who are whipped, chained, and beaten to perform under the real big top, the cruelty is very real. She may be headed for a comeback, but when it comes to animals, she still can't get her act together."
Damn, that's bitchy. Hire me, PETA!

Now did Mr. Blackwell (RIP) get his quippy way of speaking from PETA, or did PETA channel him instead? In any case, you are way sharper!

It is funny how her record company spend so much money to make sure that this album went straight to number one.....you couldn't get away from seeing her pretty much everywhere....specially on the horrible MTV.....the girl can't sing...can't act and has some serious issues but they made her look normal....I bet she even voted yes on Prop 8 ...just like Madonna....they only care about $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$....I rather support people that support ME and MY COMMUNITY!!!! so sorry Britney.....Thanks BUT NOT THANKS!

I don't let the music industry in California try to brainwash me into thinking crappy music is actually quality music. They make her voice something that it's not by using digital work. I want to hear real talent, not something that is made for the face of the corporate music industry.
