Adam Lambert's UK 'For Your Entertainment' (Deluxe Edition) Album Cover

Jesus. I had no idea Adam Lambert's album For You Entertainment had yet to be released overseas. And the UK is getting a far more scandaltastic CD cover than we did here in the States—though it's basically a variation on the U.S. single cover art for the title track.

Just imagine all you lady Glambertzon fans, the damage that could be done with those naughty finger cuffs. It'd be like a trench digger scraping out a new irrigation ditch up your Hot Pocket!

Anyway, congrats again to America's Favorite Singing Gay for going Top 10 this week with "Whataya Want From Me." Following Kelly Clarkson's "My Life Would Suck Without You," Pink's "Please Don't Leave Me" and Britney Spears' "If U Seek Amy" and "3," it's also writer-producer Max Martin's fifth hit in the past year or so.

Hmmm. I bet Britney has a set of those cuffs, too...

The album was released in the UK back in November. This is a special deluxe version with extra tracks: 15. Masterplan; 16. Down The Rabbit Hole; 17. Voodoo; and
    18. Can't Let You Go.

Ya know, I've resisted Mr. Lambert a bit...dunno why, but I find myself digging WDYWFM as of late....better than most of the rest of the crap top 10 at the moment.

Here is the link to the album in the UK Amazon store:

As you can see, it is the same album cover.

Fritz, yes, but what about your Hot Pocket? In all seriousness, why is it being re-released there? It's not like he had any hits (yet) in the UK? I guess with him being over there now to give it extra promo push...?

Shaun, yeah, ditto, but WDYWFM is indeed an irresistible jam.

Dana, your love, your love, your love is my drug!

J'ason, "Fritz Liess" (more like "Fritz LIES") is incorrect, and this is a popular misconception. And it's tiring, really.

Adam's debut album was not released in the UK in November. RCA US simply made the US album available in the UK via import. Simple as that. If you check the link provided by "Lies", you will notice that this is the import version. If you were to order it, Amazon.co.uk wouldn't even fulfill the order. Instead, the order would be fulfilled by Amazon's Preferred Merchant, who handles import releases. Also, the price is another giveaway, if you are still in doubt. New albums are usually priced between £6-8.

RCA in the UK knew he wouldn't be able to promote it in the UK, so there was no sense to release it until now. Adam is currently in the UK promoting the album and single.

Seriously, the haters need to shut the fuck up and stop hating.

You can read a bit more in regards to the import album being available outside the US (and this has happened before):

    Anonymous is a douchbag.

First, I am certainly not a "hater" -- only a deluded freak would assume that I am. I have been an Adam Lambert fan from day one.

Second, the album was released in the UK through several UK retailers, including iTunes. That is not a lie. It is absolutely the truth.

In addition, the album with the new cover is not the same album that was released last year. It has extra tracks.

Fritz, you don't even live in the UK, you are from Phoenix. I do.

As I mentioned before, the copies found in the UK, even the ones found at UK retailers stores were simply imported copies from the US, that's it.

For the last time, it was not released in the UK.

And yes, the UK version of the album does have additional tracks. This has been done in order to entice UK fans that have already bought the import version of the album.

    So douchebag yourself.

I live in the UK too - and I can say without a doubt Adam Lambert's cd was not released till just now. Adam was just in the UK (might still be here) promoting his CD. Those that say otherwise don't actually know what they are talking about.
