It's Armin Van Buuren And Sophie Ellis-Bextor's "Not Giving Up On Love" Video

I don't care if Sophie Ellis-Bextor's last three singles have flopped harder than Madonna's 700-year-old tits after being chewed on by half of Los Angeles, all of Manhattan and at least 12 people in Londreā€”I still love this broad, and her new jam with Armin Van Buuren is already a #1 smash in my mind!

"Not Giving Up On Love" is the latest single to be lifted of Bex's yet-to-be-released fourth album Straight To The Heart (supposedly out in October). It'll also appear on Van Buuren's Mirage (out next month).

Heavenly. And am I the only one who thinks those lines about life not always being on your side and stuff weighing heavy on your mind can sort of mirror Sophie's own thoughts about her chart success?

Frankly i think my heart will break if this isn't top ten for at least 2 weeks. I mean The Saturdays made number three with Missing for crying out gods sake!!

I'm loving most of her tunes - Bittersweet and Heartbreak were awesome! Fingers crossed success finds her again....

I think she looks fantastic in this video, those opening lyrics with that boat scene is absolutely breathtaking. I wish the UK people would open their eyes and see how spectacular everything about her is. She has the best albums and videos but still they tend to not do well, whats that all about Willis? I still dont think this will do well though, it comes out Friday and there has not been really any promotion for it. I still have all fingers crossed! I swear if i do not get Straight to the Heart heads will roll!

I really hope this does well, but at the same time, I wish she would go a little bit more disco/epileptic beeping than twirly club music that sounds a bit too Dannii Minogue. Her earlier stuff was better, and she keeps trying to re-find big time success with DJs... just because she had a number 1 with Spiller like ten years ago.

That said, I do like this track, especially the lyrics and vocals. And I am happy to see SEB farting about on a boat with a scarf, too.

I don't understand why this is released on a Friday in the UK. And why now already? The video just premiered and I don't think it has had much airplay yet. Do they want this to flop?

    I completely agree with Kevin.
Unless they tried forcing a hit, and that didn't work, so maybe reverse psychology will work, and she can get herself a hit by actually *trying* for a flop.

I am not a trance/progressive fan at all which this song definitely leans towards but her vocals are out of this world; the song is gorgeous and ive had it on repeat for days!
