Cee Lo Green Is Giving Robbie Williams And Gary Barlow A Big "F**ck You"

Ahead of the upcoming Take That vs. JLS battle on the UK album chart, another fight has broken out for Gary Barlow and Robbie Williams. You'd have thought their duet "Shame" would be a surefire #1 single in their home country by week's end, but according to midweek figures, they're getting hammered (not in a good way!) by Cee Lo Green's "Fuck You" (or, in its clean, safe version, "Forget You").

Thus far the Gnarls Barkley frontman has sold 33,000 copies of his naughty Motown-esque tell-off jam, while Robbie and Gary are lagging behind with 24,000.

I have to admit, neither of these songs really do it for me. But if pressed, I'd say Cee Lo has the slightly more exciting offering.

I blame the misfortune of "Shame" on releasing the song so late. What is with folks in the Robbie/Take That camp that think it is a wise idea to release a song almost six weeks after it has surfaced on youtube and the official websites. They simply do not understand the concept of "Strike when the iron is hot". These guys are gonna f*** it up again with the new Take That single. It premiers on October 8 and guess when the release date for the single is? November 14!!!! Besides the fact that that is my birthday, there is rational reason for them releasing the track so damned late. I guess Gary and Robbie are dying to learn the basics of the music business the hard way.

On the plus side, what has Robbie done to make himself look shaggable again? He looked pretty gross there for a while, but, seeing him lately, I'm having those, ummm, special thoughts about him again.
