It's Kylie Minogue's "Better Than Today Video

Today Kylie Minogue offered up the video for "Better Than Today," her third single off Aphrodite. (Jesus—where did this year go?) I think I'd be a bit more over the moon for this colorful Pac Man extravaganza if we hadn't already seen the routine and screen projections on The X Factor two weeks ago.

Still, The X Factor was a good gig to get, and if it keeps "Better Than Today" from suffering the same lackluster chart placing in the UK that "Get Outta My Way" did, then I'm all for it.

"Better Than Today" is officially out the week of December 5.

something just doesn't seem right..this reeks of desperation. i love kylie but i've always thought there were just the two singles on this album and alot of lackluster filler. they have managed to strut this one up a bit but this song always sounded like it was trying to hard to begin with. i'll buy it of course cuz it's kylie. just sayin...

i remember somewhere reading that Parlopoo gonna splash some big cash for the Aphrodite project, singles, big promotion etc. Now this video looks cheap.

On the contrary, for me, this is a big nod to her American fans. She first performed this during her U.S. tour last year, saying it was a new song that will be included in her upcoming album. Of course, back then we were not sure if it was really going to make the final cut of the album. Now, she is even releasing it as a single with a music video showing the same routine she did on the tour last year! People who watched her U.S. shows will definitely feel very nostalgic over this one. So to Kylie’s American fans, consider yourselves lucky, lucky, lucky.

it's sad that she couldn't perform it on x-factor right before the single came out instead of a few weeks before. i believe it's currently number 67 on downloads alone. Hopefully her lovely Children in Need performance, the video and perhaps some proper b-sides this time round will boost it much much higher.
