Ke$ha Gives A Career-Defining Performance On 'The X Factor' Australia

Last year Lady Gaga annihilated Madonna's last scrap of relevance, and this evening Ke$ha backed over it with a tank, craned her neck out of the cockpit and vomited all over it.

Yes, the New Queen Of Soul gave the performance of her career so far on the Aussie version of The X Factor when she sang her chart-topping hit "We R Who We R." There were soldier-like backing dancers. There were slickly-choreographed moves. There were ripped stockings. And there was even Ke$ha playing an electric guitar!

LOVE the part forcefully flings her sexy pop staff off stage.

All I have to say is bring on the Get Sleazy tour!

I can't tell if you're being sarcastic or not.

You really don't hold pop music in very high regard, do you?

Love Ke$ha and think her songs are hilariously good. But, in what way did this performance annihilate either Madonna or Lady Gaga. Very little dancing on her part and a few chords on the guitar? Other than that, she just marched around the stage. I expected more.

Your comments are the most ridiculous hyperbole in the history of the universe! :) Momentous? Hardly, but better than I thought it would be.

@Justin -- I was thinking the same thing.

    Putting longevity to music:
    Kesha is a chorus.
    Lady Gaga a song.
    Madonna is an opus.

Haters to the left, where you'll be choking on Ke$ha's three-dollar wig!!

This running joke of fake, sarcastic over the top love for Ke$ha on many of the blogs has grown old.

But she is fun trash that will burn out quickly.

This performance was just ridiculously stupid. Wagner should copy it for next week.

Come on now, people! I love these hyperbolic/sarcastic statements! When I view Ke$ha through the eyes of D'luv, I'm getting glimpses of a pop phenom in the making...with glitter, vomit and gutter rainbows thrown in for extra measure.

Uhm, Madonna is only an opus because she's been around for 57 years.

For the record, Britney has been around for 11 years now, and she was hated on worse than Gaga/Ke$ha, so what does that make her? Mr. Holland's Opus??

It's too early to tell what's going to happen with these new Sluts of Pop, but I have a feeling we haven't seen the last of Gaga or Ke$ha.

But seriously, D'Luv, you are killing me softly with your overlove of Ke$ha.

It will not succeed as a matter of fact, that is what I consider.
