Adele's "Someone Like You" Video = Iconic
Wow. Adele's video for her chart-topping 21 single "Someone Like You" premiered tonight, and the it features the London soulstress walking around the lonely streets of Paris at 5 a.m.
It's beautifully shot by Jake Nava, and it totally captures the feel of the somber piano ballad. Not really much more to say about it, other than it's an iconic visual that should cement Adele's status as one of the pop voices of this decade.

What? Does Iconic = Boring? This is a boring video!
I was hoping for more drama, but I think she was already out of breath from walking. And yes, I do think this is an amazing song, but it was begging for a better video. She should have filmed something in the backrooms after her G.A.Y. performance

I think the video is beautiful! Not everything needs to be flashy or dramatic. It's reflective and deep. Love, love Adele!
