Steps Perform "It's The Way You Make Me Feel" & "Tragedy" On 'This Morning'

Following up with this morning's post about Steps announcing their upcoming 2012 Ultimate Tour, here's the reunited quintet's interview and performances of "Tragedy" and "It's The Way You Make Me Feel" on UK morning show This Morning — i.e. their first live performance in 10 years.

They look a bit nervous for "Tragedy," but things loosen up for the second song, where all five appear to be having a great time. Have to say, Faye Tozer and Claire Richards sounded pretty fantastic. Lisa Scott-Lee, well — she has a good six months to get her live vocals back in shape for the tour.

As for Lee Latchford-Evans — he just needs to get naked again.

And good news for the band — The Ultimate Collection is now #1 on UK iTunes on its first day of release. And, yes, I caved in an ordered it from Amazon UK.

That was actually pretty enjoyable, nervousness aside. Funny that the guy who did the least singing and was in the spotlight the least is the one who held up the best.

LOL Sean. I know, it has been a bit of the Steps blog lately but I love it. The blog is called "Chartrigger!" Who rigged the charts more than Steps?!

And, bless Lee... I love to see a cute straight guy with no dignity dancing around in purple pants with no discernible role in the group whatsoever. His mic is turned off but then he's sure sellin' that tour in the interview.

    Cash in, you whores.

Thanks heaps for all the Steps! I used to love them! It's great reminiscing about them and their music! Keep it up!

Epic choreography - Tradgedy was a much more confident performance (and for Claire a more flattering one).

John, I know. I found a completely scandalous recent pic of Lee that I need to post.

    Sean, No h8!

Todd, no discernible role...but a discernible bulge.

Stampy, thanks! Tell that to Sean.

Diva Incarnate, still dying over your comment re: Claire and the sausage roll from the other day.

this is to all the steps h8'r's...apparently you've neither ever been nor ever known a 13-year old girl.

    shame that.

now then to the important matter at hand....robbie please start posting competition links to tixs for the concert 'cos there's no way i can afford to go without SOME hookup!

ps nice that they've updated the choreography just a smidge...it's a little more sophisticated than it was back in the day.

although i'm guessing that may have something to do that we all move a little slower than we used to!

Horrible. Can this pack of useless cunts just fuck right off into oblivion where they belong? It'd be nice, thanks.

H is so douchey. And good that Claire's not wearing the costume from "Hairspray" like in the performance the other day.

Man, Claire looks like she gave birth to the other 4 Steppers to their full grown sizes.

Also... all their vocals are a bit shakey during Tragedy... nerves!?!? :O

God Steps reunion is truly a joyful & wonderful thing. Bringing all these international queens together on Chartrigger.
