UK Chart Roundup: Steps' 'Ultimate Collection' Is #1
This marks Steps first #1 album since their last greatest hits collection Gold was released this very same week back in 2001. It also give the band three #1 albums to their credit, including their second studio LP Steptacular, which was released in 1999, and thus gives the quintet a chart-topping UK album in each of the past three decades ('90s, '00s and now).
"Huge thanks to everyone that helped @OfficialSteps get to No1 today. Can't believe the support. Looking forward to seeing u all on tour," band member/hot piece Lee Latchford Evans tweeted a few hours ago.
Faye Tozer also took to Twitter with this: "Overwhelmed : ) Can't thank everybody enough for such an amazing day! It's unbelievable! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!"
Seriously, did anyone see this coming? And now, just roll on some new music already!
