UK Chart Roundup: Unfortunately, Nobody Bought Spector's "Grey Shirt & Tie" This Week"

2010 X Factor loser Olly Murs lands his third UK chart-topper as "Dance With Me Tonight" moves up to #1 in its third week. But unfortunately, while this blond-but-bland piece of ass was racking up all the downloads, the amazing "Grey Shirt & Tie" by London quintet Spector , which was released a week ago, was sadly overlooked.

Here's what you ignored, you mean Brits:

Front dude Fred Macpherson is kind of Jarvis Cocker-esque, no? Or, maybe they're a bit more like how Moogaboo described them to me in an email: "Kind of Hurts-y, but not as dreeeary as so much of their album was."

Luckily the band has been nominated for the BBC's Sound Of 2012 poll, the longlist for which also contains such acts as Skrillex, Dot Rotten and Frank Ocean. And thanks to my brother from another mother Real Sugar for turning me on to these guys recently.

The UK Top 10:

1. "Dance With Me Tonight" - Olly Murs *1 week*
2. "Wishing On A Star" - The X Factor Finalists 2011
3. "Dedication To My Ex" - Lloyd feat. Andre 3000 & Lil Wayne *new*
4. "We Found Love" - Rihanna feat. Calvin Harris
5. "Good Feeling" - Flo Rida
6. "5 O'Clock" - T-Pain feat. Wiz Khalifa & Lily Allen *new*
7. "Paradise" - Coldplay
8. "Levels" - Avicii
