The Wanted's Debut US Album Out In April

With "Glad You Came" currently sitting at #5 on the Billboard Hot 100 and #2 on US iTunes, the announcement comes that the UK boy band's debut US album will arrive on April 24 via Mercury/Island Def Jam.

The group is also set to head back to the States in a couple weeks for a March 20 performance on the Tonight Show With Jay Leno, April 2 gig on the mtvU Spring Break Las Vegas stage, performance on the Today Show on April 24 (day of the album's release) and then a cougar-rattling appearance on The View on April 25.

That's nice and all, but when is Wanted member Max George going to do lap-dancing on The D'luv Show?

how is it that people thought The Wanted was worth promoting in America when Take That was NOT considered marketable in the US? This is absurd on MANY levels!!!!

Honestly, the single had stalled in the mid-20s then it go the Glee treatment and exploded. It's also a really durable dance song. Doesn't even sound like a boyband.
