Olly Murs' "Troublemaker" Doesn't Suck
I've been surprised over the past year at how much I'm not disliking Olly Murs' musical output. I mean, his greatest achievement will always be posing naked. Still, his In Case You Didn't Know album was a winner, and new single "Troublemaker" — the first off upcoming debut US LP (and his third in the UK) Right Place, Right Time — is rather catchy.
Of course, it sounds more than a little similar to Maroon 5's 2007 chart-topper "Makes Me Wonder," but I like to think it actually improves upon that one.
In fact, Olly sounds like a one-man boy band here. My only complaint is, obviously, the Flo Rida addition. Totally unnecessary.

I've been a fan for a while now, and "Heart Skips a Beat" is still on my regular playlist. This track will slot into that nicely.

Had I not been told it was Olly Murs, I would have sworn that was a Maroon 5 song.

Love him. Ditto what John said re: "Heart Skips a Beat." I wish he wouldn't have put Flo Rida on this though. Simon Cowell probably made him do it.
