Lily Allen's "Air Balloon" Is Appropriately Bratty: Listen To Her New Song

Lily Allen is back with her third new song in as many months, following her UK chart-topping cover of Keane's "Somewhere Only We Know" and the pop parody "Hard Out Here." And I know everyone blew fizz and sludge out of their thongs over the latter, but this track, "Air Balloon," is a much more enjoyable listen to me.

Basically it sounds like something a 5-year-old would sing while tripping on acid, complete with references to a very alive Kurt Cobain and hanging out "in the sky." Musically, it's her most Lily Allen thing since "Fuck You."

Gotta love the edge in the "Ha's" throughout. Snarky Lily is Good Lily!

I'm not a fan on first listen. It's bad when Lily sounds like Cher Lloyd, right?

Everything is bad when it sounds like Cher Lloyd, John. EVERYTHING.
