US Chart Roundup: Kylie Lands 3rd Top 40 Album

Kylie Minogue's 12th studio album Kiss Me Once enters the Billboard 200 at #31 this week, and becomes her third album to make the US Top 40, following Fever in 2002 (#3) and Aphrodite in 2010 (#19). The Aussie pop queen has had three other album chart on the Billboard 200 over the years, including Kylie in 1988 (#53), Body Language in 2004 (#42) and X in 2008 (#139). That last one's still hard to type — UNDERRATED!

Anyway, while Kiss Me Once was beat to the top of the UK chart this past Sunday by George Michael's Symphonica, poor old George limped into the Billboard 200 at #60.

Over on the Hot 100, Justin Timberlake's "Not A Bad Thing" jumps into the Top 40 at #27, thus marking his highest charting single since "Mirrors" landed at #2 last year. Also making the Top 40 this week: Naughty Boy and Sam Smith's former UK chart topper "La La La," which moves up to #39.

The U.S. Top 10:

1. "Happy" - Pharrell Williams *5 weeks*
2. "All Of Me" - John Legend
3. "Dark Horse" - Katy Perry feat. Juicy J
4. "Talk Dirty" - Jason Derulo feat. 2 Chainz
