UK Chart Roundup: Sam Smith & Clean Bandit Continue Their Sexy Streak

Below is what you would call a pretty swell Top 10. It's not perfect, but it's near-perfect. Classy highlights this week include Sam Smith racking up his third UK #1 with the dramatic "Stay With Me" (I didn't realize until now that this wasn't released in England a million years ago like it was here in the States) and Clean Bandit landing their second Top 5 hit with the gorgeous "Rather Be" follow-up, "Extraordinary."

I interviewed Clean Bandit member Neil Amin-Smith at the end of April, and you can pick that gem up in the June/July issue of Instinct, which is out this week.

On a final UK chart-related note, I picked up Paloma Faith's new CD while in Rome last week, because why not? I'm a bit new to the Paloma Faith train, but she fills a certain modern-day Motown void for me.

The UK Top 10:

1. "Stay With Me" - Sam Smith *new* *1 week*
2. "Waves (Robin Shulz Remix)" - Mr Probz
3. "Dangerous Love" - Fuse ODG feat. Sean Paul *new*
4. "I Will Never Let You Down" - Rita Ora
5. "Extraordinary" - Clean Bandit *new*
6. "All Of Me" - John Legend
7. "Summer" - Calvin Harris
8. "Only Love Can Hurt Like This" - Paloma Faith
9. "Hideaway" - Kiesza
10. "Love Never Felt So Good" - Michael Jackson
