US Chart Roundup: Iggy Azalea Fancifully Matches A Record Set By The Beatles...Naturally

Iggy Azalea...yes, IGGY AZALEA...has now matched a record set by The Beatles. Granted, it's a bit of a stretch as far as newsworthiness goes, but, hey — this is 2014. Billboard points out that with "Fancy" now replacing John Legend's "All Of Me" at #1 and Ariana Grande and Iggy's "Problem" moving up to #2, Azalea and the Fab Four are the only acts in the Hot 100's history to simultaneously be in the top two positions with their first chart entries. Yippee-hoo-ha.

"Fancy" also gives Charli XCX her first #1 single in the US. She previously went as high as #7 via her feature on Icona Pop's "I Love It."

Additionally, "Fancy" is now only the sixth song to top the Hot 100 in 2014, and it's the first to actually have been released this year and not in 2013.

Elsewhere, Michael Jackson and Justin Timberlake's "Love Never Felt So Good" drops from #9 to #16 after a lone week in the Top 10, while Coldplay fare even worse by plummeting from #10 to #28 with "A Sky Full Of Stars." The band is having better luck on the Billboard 200 album chart, at least, where Ghost Stories posts the year's largest debut by going in at #1 with 383,000 copies sold.

Meanwhile, Norwegian duo Nico & Vinz bust into the Top 10 at #8 with their debut single "Am I Wrong."

All of this has been leading up to one important question, however: How the HELL has Jason Derulo managed to have such a big comeback?

The U.S. Top 10:

1. "Fancy" - Iggy Azalea feat. Charli XCX *1 week*
2. "Problem" - Ariana Grande feat. Iggy Azalea
3. "All Of Me" - John Legend
4. "Happy" - Pharrell Williams
5. "Turn Down For What" - DJ Snake & Lil Jon
6. "Dark Horse" - Katy Perry feat. Juicy J
7. "Talk Dirty" - Jason Derulo feat. 2 Chainz
8. "Am I Wrong" - Nico & Vinz
9. "Not A Bad Thing" - Justin Timberlake
10. "Wiggle" - Jason Derulo feat. Snoop Dogg
